Ravish Kumar quits NDTV India
Executive Editor Ravish Kumar has left NDTV India.

He was formerly the host of several shows on the channel, such as the popular weekday program Hum Log, the news program Ravish ki Report, the political discussion program Des Ki Baat, and the late-night talk show Prime Time.
Ravish has made a name for himself by reporting on the bare issues affecting the people of the country in a way that has never been done before. He is the 2019 recipient of both the Ramnath Goenka Excellence in Journalism Award and the Ramon Magsaysay Award.
The announcement was made via internal mail, with the channel stating that the resignation is immediate.
An email read, “Few journalists have impacted people as much as Ravish, and this reflects in the immense feedback about him: in the crowds he draws everywhere; in the prestigious awards and recognition he has received, both within India and internationally.”
NDTV thanked Ravish for his “immense contribution” and expressed confidence in his future success, writing, “Ravish has been an integral part of NDTV for decades.”
